Job Summary:

A globally recognized design studio is seeking an Associate Architect to join its expanding Singapore studio, contributing to high-end hospitality projects across Asia, including luxury hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments. This newly created role is an opportunity to shape exceptional guest experiences through architecture, spatial design, and material storytelling. 

The Associate Architect will work closely with interior designers, consultants, and international design partners from concept through to completion, ensuring a seamless integration of shell and core architecture with interior environments. You’ll be exposed to all design phases, including concept development, schematic design, and coordination. 

This is a studio role based in Singapore and there is support for relocation.  There may be occasional travel within the region.  The position offers exposure to world-class hospitality projects and an inspiring multidisciplinary team. Could this be a new adventure for 2026? 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design for hospitality projects across all stages, from concept through to completion. 

  • Collaborate closely with interior designers, consultants, and international project partners to ensure cohesive design outcomes. 

  • Contribute innovative design ideas that balance creativity, functionality, and brand identity. 

  • Coordinate design deliverables with consultant teams. 

  • Maintain high standards of design quality, attention to detail, and project execution. 

  • Support studio culture, collaboration and mentor junior staff 

Experience:

  • ARB/RIBA or registered Architect 

  • 6 - 10+ years’ experience in hospitality or resort architecture. 

  • Demonstrable experience delivering high-end projects, ideally for international hotel brands. 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven design with leading hotel operators 

  • Experience working in Asia highly desirable. 

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
