It was a money game for recruiters. But I believe in opportunity. I believe in putting people in roles where they excel, which in turn helps the company/team flourish. It’s a win win. That’s why I took my experience in strategic appointments across APAC and EMEA to start Curio.
Now, we focus on matching the right people with the right places internationally. No matter what background, race, nationality or gender. It makes our candidates happy and fulfilled. It makes our clients happy and successful. And what brings me so much joy is when we see candidates who would normally be overlooked in the ‘recruiter money game’ go on to make incredible things happen for our clients.
