JOB SUMMARY:
We’re working with a respected London-based architecture studio to find talented Architects and Project Architects to join their team, following a significant new project win. This is an excellent opportunity for architects with a strong interest in residential design to work across all stages—from early feasibility to technical delivery—on thoughtfully conceived housing projects across the UK.
The studio is known for its integrated approach to architecture, landscape, and urban design. You’ll be joining a collaborative team committed to design quality, working on high-profile residential schemes that blend innovation, functionality, and context. Depending on your level of experience, you’ll either contribute as part of a wider team or take on more leadership responsibility, guiding a small group through key project phases.
You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping projects from concept to completion, coordinating with consultants, attending site meetings, and ensuring design integrity throughout.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating on or leading residential projects from concept to completion
Producing design drawings, planning submissions, and technical documentation
Preparing tender and construction packages
Attending site visits and liaising with consultants and contractors
Presenting ideas internally and externally with clarity and confidence
Ensuring projects meet UK regulations, planning policy, and studio quality standards
Ideal Candidate:
1–7 years post-qualification UK experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating residential work and design quality
Revit and/or MicroStation
Knowledge of UK building regs and residential planning policy
Experience across all RIBA stages, especially stages 3–5
This is an ideal role for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a design-led, well-established studio. You'll have real responsibility and the chance to see projects through from start to finish in a supportive, ambitious setting.
