JOB SUMMARY:

A Property Portfolio Manager is required for a globally respected family office with operations in London, New York, and Singapore. Alongside its core investment activities, the office oversees a substantial, privately held residential property portfolio spanning several international locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a large team of architects and designers

  • Oversee monthly P&L and report directly to the board

  • Shape and communicate the organization’s priorities, goals, and areas for improvement

  • Represent the practice internally and externally as the face of the studio

Qualifications:

  • ARB/RIBA-qualified architect

  • Proven experience managing a studio, sector, or business unit

  • Strong knowledge and networks across the EMEA region

  • Demonstrable leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
