JOB SUMMARY:
The studio is seeking a Mid–Senior FF&E Designer to play a key role in delivering individually designed interior schemes across luxury residential and hospitality projects. Projects span the EMEA region, enabling international exposure in your future portfolio.
Based in West London, the practice is recognised for creating distinctive, design-led interiors with no in-house style. There is a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, proportion and materiality, with a design approach that blends timeless and contemporary aesthetics. The studio values designers with a strong sensitivity to detail, from spatial planning through to material selection and finish.
This role would suit an experienced FF&E designer who is confident managing packages across multiple project phases, from concept development through to procurement and installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for materials, finishes and furniture, alongside the organisational skills needed to manage suppliers, schedules and documentation.
The role is creative and collaborative, working closely with the senior team and may involve client-facing responsibilities and presentations. Candidates with a strong knowledge of suppliers, bespoke furniture and sourcing will be able to bring valuable expertise to the studio.
As the practice continues to grow and evolve, they are also strengthening their internal structure to support better workflows, collaboration and long-term development within the team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver FF&E concepts for luxury residential and hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the studio’s design vision.
• Research, source, and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories that reflect the project narrative and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate closely with the interior architecture and design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers to source bespoke pieces and ensure quality and craftsmanship meet project expectations.
• Support the procurement process, including pricing, lead times, and order tracking.
• Assist with project installations and styling to ensure the final delivery reflects the design intent.
• Maintain organised documentation and FF&E schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working on FF&E packages for luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and textile specifications.
• Experience sourcing bespoke furniture and working with specialist suppliers and artisans.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to produce compelling mood boards, schemes, and client-facing materials.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
• Confident collaborating within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong FF&E documentation skills.
