The client requires an FF&E designer for a large-scale, ultra-high-end private residential project, curating bespoke furniture, lighting, art, and finishes across countryside estate and multiple outbuildings. You’ll work on a boundary-pushing, eclectic interior schemes with freedom to explore innovative and one-of-a-kind creative ideas, and finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all FF&E aspects of the project, including sourcing, specifying, and procuring furniture, lighting, art, antiques, and bespoke items.
Design and develop bespoke furniture, upholstery, and lighting concepts.
Prepare mood boards, material palettes, fabric schemes, and presentations.
Develop detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation and procurement of ultra-bespoke and one-off items.
Curate and coordinate high-value artwork and decorative elements.
Oversee FF&E across multiple buildings, ensuring a consistent and high-quality design standard.
Collaborate with the wider project team, including consultants and project leadership, to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain confidentiality and operate within a closed, highly discreet environment.
Skills & Experience:
BA Hons or equivalent in Interior Design, Arts, or related field.
Proven experience in high-end residential FF&E design, preferably in the UK.
Experience working on bespoke, curated pieces and sourcing unique furniture, art, and finishes.
Strong knowledge of suppliers, materials, and products relevant to ultra-high-end interiors.
Proficiency in Vectorworks, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and delivery of multiple FF&E projects.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and team members.
Keen eye for design detail, creativity, and innovation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of art curation and integration into interior design is a plus.
