The studio is seeking a highly organised and people-focused Studio Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of their studio and office.
This is a central role within the business, responsible for maintaining the rhythm, culture, and overall experience of the studio environment. The Studio Manager ensures the space is welcoming, structured, and consistently client-ready, while supporting both internal teams and external visitors.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day running of the studio and office environment.
Ensure the studio is consistently client-ready, creating an excellent first impression at all times.
Support and host client visits, meetings, and studio tours.
Coordinate internal and client travel arrangements where required.
Oversee office management, supplies, and overall organisation.
Act as a central communication point to support smooth daily operations.
Support team wellbeing and culture through organising team lunches, monthly meetings, and studio events.
Coordinate company celebrations, including employee birthdays and internal gatherings.
Contribute to maintaining a warm, professional, and well-presented studio atmosphere.
Preferred: strong cooking skills for client or private events.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in studio, office, or workplace management, or a similar people-focused role.
Strong organisational skills with a natural ability to create structure and order.
A positive, welcoming manner with confidence engaging clients and team members.
High standards of presentation, tidiness, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
